1. Rental Fees
Rental fees are generally non-refundable once the order is placed and confirmed.
2. Non-Collection
Failure to collect the book does not qualify for refund unless canceled before rental processing.
3. Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate or erroneous transactions, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Book Condition Issues
If a book is found damaged at the time of pickup, please report immediately before leaving the desk.
